Tencell is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of electronic components with offices in the USA, UK, Denmark, and soon Japan. We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding global team in the role of Administration Assistant within our busy Harlow office.

 

  The Role

The role is to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and administrative duties such as filing, typing, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc. In addition, be responsible for office maintenance and organising contractors, where necessary.

You will have the autonomy to operate independantly within a supportive team. At Tencell, we follow a comprehensive induction programme, and each employee has a personal 12-month development plan.

 

  About You 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in office administration
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Be able to work independently and with a passion for detail and organization
  • Be proficient in Excel and previous experience with SAP would be preferable
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at all levels
