STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Returned goods are accepted at the sole discretion of Tencell Limited. 

Should you wish to return a product, please email sales@tencell.com within 14 days of receiving the goods/invoice date, whichever is the sooner, stating the reason for requesting a return authorisation. If approved, you will be provided with an RMA number. All approved returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied. 

If accepted, the goods will need to be returned (at the buyer’s expense) with the original invoice number, in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition, and with the correct RMA number clearly visible on the outside of each package, to the address specified. If this is not the case, Tencell reserves the right to take any or all the following actions:

        i. Refuse credit

        ii. Apply (up to) a 25% re-packaging charge

        iii. Return the goods to the buyer

Any items returned without pre-authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Goods that are chemical in nature (including but not limited to industrial batteries, portable device batteries), NC/NR or speciality goods are not returnable under any circumstances other than manufacturer recognised quality concerns. Should this be the case, the goods will either be refunded or replaced at the earliest opportunity.

 

  DEFECTIVE GOODS

Goods that are found to be defective, within our 60-day warranty period, may be returned for a replacement or refund. 

Should you receive a defective product, please email sales@tencell.com within 60 days of receiving the goods. You will need to include a detailed description of the defect and where necessary please include relevant photographs. If approved, you will be provided with an RMA number. 

The goods will need to be returned in their original packaging and with the correct RMA number clearly visible on the outside of each package.

Tencell will arrange for the goods to be collected from you at the earliest opportunity.

Should you require a replacement, we will ship this to you as soon as possible.

Should you require a refund, the credit will be applied to your account immediately upon receipt of the goods by Tencell.

 

  GOODS SHIPPED IN ERROR

Should you receive goods in error, please email sales@tencell.com within 14 days of receiving the goods/invoice date, whichever is the sooner. You will be provided with an RMA number which needs to be clearly visible on the outside of the package when the goods are returned.

Tencell will arrange for the goods to be collected from you at the earliest opportunity.

No restocking fees will be applied to any goods sent to you in error.

Any credit due will be applied to your account immediately upon receipt of the goods by Tencell.
