Tencell is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of electronic components with offices in the USA, UK, Denmark, and soon Japan. We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding global team in the role of HR Manager within our busy Harlow office. This position is a part-time role.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with a passion for employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for Tencell’s recruitment including the onboarding and induction process. You will manage training and learning programmes, performance and relationship management, dispute resolution, team building, professional and personal development.
The wellbeing and development of our team is at the heart of everything we do at Tencell, so as HR Manager you will be a pivotal member of the company.
You will have the autonomy to operate independently within a supportive team, reporting directly to the MD. At Tencell, we follow a comprehensive induction programme, where each employee has a personal 12-month development plan.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a graduate or member of the CIPD
- Have significant and demonstrative experience in HR management
- Have a sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Be able to thrive working independently and with a passion for detail and organisation
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at all levels
